Brad Rogers has served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate & Construction for Tractor Supply Company, the largest rural lifestyle retailer in the U.S., since August 2022. In that role he is responsible for the company’s real estate strategy as well as site selection, development, lease administration and facilities. Tractor Supply currently operates 2,200+ stores in 49 states, with a long-term growth target of 3,000 locations. The company accelerated growth from 70 openings in 2023 to 80 in 2024 and 90 forecasted in 2025 and beyond, in addition to its ongoing Fusion remodel program.

Before joining Tractor Supply, Brad led real estate and construction for goPuff, an instant commerce platform, where he was responsible for all real estate and construction functions including micro fulfillment centers (MFCs), distribution centers and office. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Store Development at Aarons, Inc., leading market strategy, real estate, construction and facilities. In this role he served as executive sponsor of the cross functional GenNext initiative and was responsible for real estate strategy, development and design of the GenNext omnichannel format. Prior to joining Aarons, Brad spent more than 20 years at Family Dollar Stores, most recently as Senior Vice President of Real Estate leading market strategy, real estate development & portfolio, architecture/design, construction and lease administration. In this role he was responsible for developing the company’s real estate strategy and opening over 1,500 in-line and ground-up locations across the country.

Brad holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Political Science from Millsaps College and a J.D. from Emory University. He resides in Nashville, TN and enjoys living “Life Out Here” with his wife, Anne, two girls, Kate & Abbie, and dog, Rosie.
