E.J. Kritz is a global Customer Experience strategist from Charleston, SC who has worked with some of the most recognized brands in Retail, Financial Services, Hospitality, and more. As the Executive Experience Officer at the renowned Experience Design firm DBSI, E.J.’s work focuses on designing next-level Customer Experiences focused on a strategic blend of human touch, technology, and experience-centric physical design. He has served in Customer Experience and Sales Strategy Leadership positions for two of the largest banks in the U.S and recently authored the ground-breaking study “On the Record with Gen-Z.” E.J. recently spoke at the inaugural Bank Spaces retreat, focused on the future of retail banking design and execution. Finally, he served the last three years on the advisory board of the Interactive Customer Experience Association where he served as chair for the Financial Services Subcommittee.
